Shipping policy

 

The Together Store Kenya was founded with the mission of bringing better beverages into Kenya, from independent winemakers and distillers, direct to our customers, to have delivered to your doorstep.

We currently have 6 set delivery days each week from Monday to Saturday.

 

When will I get my order?

Current deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.

If you are in Nairobi & surrounds:
Orders need to be in by 3pm to ensure same-day delivery.

Orders received after 3pm between Monday - Friday will be delivered the following day.

Orders received after 12pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday the following week.

If you are elsewhere in Kenya:
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next day via courier.

Order deadline: 

Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered on the same day - we will aim to do our best!
Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next day

Shipping Costs: 

We charge a flat shipping fee of Kes. 400 to any address within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi we will get you a quote via one of the couriers. We will not ship unless the shipping fee is agreed upon and paid for in advance.

How can I track my order? 

At the moment we do not have a tracking system for our clients to track their orders.

You will receive an email when your goods have been dispatched for delivery. We will contact you via either whatsapp or phone to confirm your order and give you an ETA.
