Named after Hope Marguerite Beaumont, a woman with character, elegance and a love for wine. This old vines Chenin Blanc shows dried apricot, marzipan and spice on the nose and hints of green apple, apricot and well integrated oak on the palate.
Matches brilliantly with seafood especially scallops. Also try with try grilled fish with olives, lemon and rosemary sauce to enhance the combination of flavours from this barrel matured Chenin Blanc and any beautifully spicy Asian dish.
